Emergency orders
As anyone who has ever been involved in a legal matter will tell you, the judicial system can be notoriously slow and you will often have to wait months for your matter to be heard. In certain circumstances however, an emergency may arise that needs to be resolved immediately. Such instances may include an act of domestic violence or where one party is threatening to remove the child from the Commonwealth. In such circumstances it may be possible to be heard on the very same day on an emergency basis.
